In order to score you need skill, years of local knowledge, and a dash of luck. But when you do find yourself in the right place at precisely the right time the rewards are fine indeed. When a massive storm batters the east coast of France and causes millions of euros in property damage most people hunker down to wait it out. But as usual, those in the know head to the beaches in hopes of getting those all-important pre-storm and post-storm sessions. They are not disappointed.
