Box of Jewels Found On Mont Blanc | EpicTV Climbing Daily, Ep. 134

A box of Jewels worth €390,000 has been found on Mont Blanc, on the glacier of Les Bossons. The jewels are thought to have come from a plane crash which took place in 1966. There have been several plane crashes through the years and climbers have found a variety of objects which get spewed up by the glacier every year or so. This latest find is thought to be the most expensive in terms of monetary value. The french climber who found the kitty handed the jewels into the local authorities, and under French law if no one claims the treasure within a year, he will be able to take the gems home.
