How many climbers can say they have their own training wall within walking distance of the crag? Well this Summer, French climber Melissa Le Nevé built her own just down the hill from the world-famous sport crag of Céüse. The extra hours of campus training on the wall clearly payed dividends and Melissa was able to make the first female ascent of Dave Graham's ultra-bouldery 8c/+ 'Baa Baa Black Sheep.' Finishing her long-term project would have been enough to get excited about by itself, but it appears the stars were truly aligned and Melissa's successful redpoint came on her birthday with her visiting brother on belay.
