Vitalij Gumennij is a lover of pull-up and parallel bars in all their forms. He has dreamed up a new street workout in his native Ukraine that uses the beat of music in combination with pull-ups, muscle-ups, and all sorts of other types of bar work. The idea is to have your movements choreographed with the music. His group, Workout Style, is promoting their unique take on exercise all over Ukraine.
