First up we’ve got a video of bouldering in Japan - a Country which is becoming increasingly well known for skiing but still isn’t on the radar of many climbers. This video might change all that though, the granite looks immaculate, although unfortunately we can’t understand any of the subtitles so we can’t give you many details, beyond the fact that we’re getting some flights booked–
The problems might not be as hard as some we report on, they range from V9 to V12, but the scenery and rock quality look absolutely stunning.
Big up to Imashi Hashimoto for sending the footage through.

Next, we’ve got a new feature on the show, where we ask top climbers all their kit, diet and training. First up we’re chatting to Canadian all-rounder Sean McColl and getting his top 3 tips for how to maximize your training.
We’ll be back with Sean tomorrow to find out more about his diet and how it affects his climbing.
