The Goal Zero Nomad 7 Plus is an efficient and portable seven watt solar panel system for your gadgets on the go. The Nomad 7 Plus eradicates the problem of charging your appliances when taking part in small overnight climbing trips, to big alpine expeditions. It’s remarkably lightweight for such a high-tech product, weighing 363g in full, but can be made lighter by removing the kickstand and storage device, to a mere 260g. This means you can attach it to your backpack or put it with your essential items with no significant additional weight. What makes the Nomad 7 Plus particularly nifty is the small junction box attached, which intelligently monitors the efficiency of the energy transmitting to your devices. Essentially, this means that should a cloud pass over the sun, the GoalZero 7 Plus will hibernate your device, so maximum energy can be retained.
