Fred Norquist and Evan Garcia captured action from all corners of the world to bring you the web series Substantial TV, this is a taste of the adrenaline filled rivers that we ran into along the way. From Norway to The Northwest and all the way down to the jungles of Mexico, stouts were run, siphons were dodged, and good times were had while the boys chased the whitewater dream worldwide.
