HOSSEGOR, FRANCE- Miky Picon (FRA) has claimed top honors at the 2011 edition of the Nixon Surf Challenge, which for the first time in its 10 year history went down somewhere other than San Sebastian in Spain - the Lofoten Islands in deepest, darkest part of Norway, to be exact.
