Hi Alyse, The Katana is a synthetic shoe so won't stretch too much but it will mould to your foot just like any shoe. If you get a size bigger you might find that they become too baggy after a bit of use. But if your current shoes are too painful to wear at all, then you should probably get a bigger shoe.
