hi, i have rather narrow feet and my 'ring toe' is longer than the big one (i found this is an important feature to consider as well). i started off with the Evolve Royal, which were good for the beginning and quite comfy. since then i got the La Sportiva Katana Laces and La Sportiva Solutions (both about a size smaller than i would for street shoes). both felt a little harsh at the beginning, but broke in really nicely. for my feet these models are very good fits and i like them a lot. for long outdoor roots and wearing the shoes for ages, i'd prefer the Katanas.... Used them for the past two months both indoors and outdoors for sport routes and bouldering and love them. They are pretty soft, giving a great feeling of what you're doing. They work very well on a variety of (steeper) routes.

They are a really high performance shoe that just keeps satisfying. The heel fits really well and is very trustworthy inside and out. I have climbed outside in the Butoras 3 different location already including Smith Rock, Bridge of the Gods in Washington, and Leavenworth in Washington twice already!... (more)
