For the next 2 episodes of Ask Lattice, we've got a bit more of a niche subject area - crack training!

Many of you have asked us questions around this over the years and we've worked with lots of climbers who are interested in hard cracks, big walling or just trad climbing in general. In this video (and part 2), we've got Tom sharing his tips and tricks for crack training and also answering some of the questions you posed on Facebook and Instagram.
